Fic poll results!

Ok, so an insane amount of people voted in the "What should I write next?" poll - 34! Holy crap, how'd that happen? :D Because there was such a close back-and-forth between two of the ideas, I'll do both, starting with the winner.

The winner with 11 votes - "An AU where Glitch followed Cain up the stairs and is the one to end up on the water while Cain is still left upstairs with his horse-shaped bruise."

I've started writing it already, we'll see how long it takes and how talkative Glitch becomes. In my head, the boys won't shut up about the cold and the naked and such. *sigh*

Second place (9 votes) - "Fear of heights fic where Glitch has to keep Cain from falling from a balcony."

This will come after the first is done, but I do need some help. I've tried, really really hard, but I seriously can't think of a good, plausible reason for Cain to be dangling precariously from a balcony. Give me some ideas here, people!

muahaha! The big boyscoutwas probably out trying to rescue a kittie stuck on a ledge....
^^ Seriously, I'm sure you'll think of something. I'm happy you're doing both, cuz I picked the heights one on the poll! (though I meant to tell you how much I laughed at "horse-shaped bruise"!)

Ooh, that gives my brain something to start with. Though because it's my brain, it went from "rescue a kitty" to "cleaning the gutters." I'm scared of my own mind sometimes!

*giggles* I know, I love that phrase - I've put it in the fic, too. Bwahahha! Cain is just rife for parody.

"cleaning the gutters."
ROFL!
Glitch's pithy humor can work with that, I'm sure. ^^

Uhm....How about a fiction prompt for the second runner up?

Here goes!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It was bad enough that they were out on the balcony in foul weather, well...nearly hanging from it really. But suddenly Cain wasn't looking exactly what Glitch would call 'healthy', and he was loosing his grip.
"Hey Cain! Whatever's wrong isn't going to get better when we smash into the ground"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I hope that helps! Hugs!
